How do I receive live rates?
Register for an account and our team will provide rate sheets based on your destinations, traffic profile and quality requirements.
Which route plans are available?
Grey, Standard and Premium plans are available for different price and quality needs.
How does SIP interconnection work?
After commercial approval, VoipCall.cc provides SIP details, IP authentication and billing access for live traffic exchange.
Where can I log in?
Use the Client Login page. It points to the billing/client area endpoint configured for the site.
How do I set up my equipment?
Username: your username. Password: empty. Host: sip.voipcall.cc. Register trunk: No, use IP authentication. Send CLI in E.164 format.
Which codecs do you support?
Supported codecs: G.711U at 64 kbps, G.711A at 64 kbps and G.729 at 8 kbps.
What dialing prefixes should I use?
Example for Germany: Grey route uses 00 49 12345678, Standard E.164 uses 49 12345678 and Premium uses 000 49 12345678.
Can I use Zoiper or Groundwire?
Yes. The service is compatible with SIP equipment and softphones such as Zoiper and Groundwire.
Can I connect by fixed IP address?
Yes. You can provide fixed IP addresses for authentication. If you use a hosted VoIP softswitch provider, make sure the IP addresses are uniquely assigned to your account to prevent other users from using your balance.
What is your SIP address?
You can use the SIP domain sip.voipcall.cc.
How do I request IP authentication?
Email support with your account number as a reference and include your IP addresses.
Do you support H.323?
Yes. H.323 is supported.
How many simultaneous calls can I set up?
VoipCall.cc does not limit the number of simultaneous calls. The only limit is the bandwidth of your local internet link.
I get 500 Internal Server Error. What should I do?
First check whether you have balance on your account. If your balance is zero, you cannot make calls.
Do you support T.38 for faxing?
No. T.38 faxing is not supported.
